We are a boutique designer fashion brand. Thus, we produce each item tailored to specific orders. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products, except in the case of items that are damaged or defective upon receipt. 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps to request a return or exchange: 

Timeframe: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

Evaluation: Our team will review your request and photos. Once the damage or defect is confirmed, we will provide instructions.
